Legal Compliance
We want to ensure that UIndy is a safe and welcoming place for all. As a result, you will be required to undergo several virtual training sessions offered by our Human Resources team. You can find all of our policies here. Prior to beginning classes, you should read two of our most important policies, specifically.
- The Sexual Misconduct Policy which includes Title IX mandatory reporting obligations for faculty and staff
Keys
Your chair or program director can request a key for you that will allow you to access the building in which you teach and your department office space. They can request the key via Human Resources by completing this form
Email Account
Once your employment paperwork has been processed by Human Resources, you may claim your account by following these directions.
Duo
The University of Indianapolis uses an app called “Duo” for multi-factor authentication in order to help protect the security of our campus data. You will be automatically enrolled in Duo when you claim your account. To learn more, check out directions for utilizing Duo.
Parking Pass
Parking restrictions are enforced across campus in all lots from 8:00am-3:00pm each weekday from the start of fall classes through the end of May. You may order your free parking pass here once you have your UIndy email address. It will be sent to your departmental mailbox.
Faculty ID
To get a faculty ID, you will need to visit the Student Business Center in Schwitzer Student Center room 210.
