Enroll in MFA with Duo

In our continued efforts to improve the University’s cyber security posture and to comply with federal regulations, UIndyIT is protecting our information systems with multi-factor authentication (MFA) with Duo on all UIndy systems that use the UIndy Login page.

Note:  You are automatically enrolled in Duo when you Claim your UIndy Account. If you already have a UIndy account, but have not logged in for over 6 months, follow the steps listed on Welcome to Duo Security. If you have issues activating Duo Mobile please open an IT Help Desk ticket.

For NTU students with Android devices

Navigate to https://help.duo.com/s/article/2094?language=en_US

If you would like to enroll your mobile phone by receiving text messages:
  1. Click the arrow next to Phone number.

  2. Click the Continue button.

  1. Verify your phone number is correct. Click the Yes, it's correct button.
