Students who have not logged in during the last 7 days are more likely to be encountering problems or need some sort of outreach.

The video (4:03) below explains how to create a report using the Statistics Tool in ACE to identify students who have not accessed ACE within a 7 day window.

• We have provided a template for faculty to use with students who have not accessed ACE within a 7-day window.
• When you open the template, you will be asked to make a copy for your own use. 
• You can then move the template to your course folder on Google Drive. 
• You can also copy the text in the template and communicate with your students via the Messages Tool in ACE.
