Check the status of your help request

Requests for IT help are recorded and managed in an online ticketing system called Web Help Desk. A ticket is created for each phone call, email, and in-person request received at the IT Help Desk.

There are two methods of obtaining an update on the status of your request:

Check the status of your ticket online
  1. Navigate to
  2. Click the History tab.
  3. All of your active requests will be shown. Click the number of the ticket you would like to view.

  1. You may review the ticket details and notes submitted by technicians working on the issue.
