Access your UIndy Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud gives subscribers access to a collection of software used for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, and more, along with a set of mobile applications and some optional cloud services. UIndy Employees and students access Adobe Creative Cloud in different ways; please see below for specifics:

Employees

UIndy's Adobe Creative Cloud license allows employees to be logged into their Adobe account on two different devices at a time. 

Find Adobe Creative Cloud on your UIndy PC
  1. On your UIndy computer click on the Search Windows magnifying glass.
  2. Enter Adobe Creative Cloud and you should see the client show up under "Best Match" as a Desktop app.
  3. Start the client by clicking on the Adobe Creative Cloud App.

Find Adobe Creative Cloud on your UIndy Mac
  1. Open Finder.
  2. Next to the search magnifying glass enter Adobe Creative Cloud.
  3. Next to search click This Mac.
  4. Click the Adobe Creative Cloud folder.

  1. Navigate to adobe.com.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on Sign In.

Sign into Adobe Creative Cloud

  1. A Sign in page will appear, enter your UIndy email address in the Email address field. 
  2. Click Continue.

You cannot get your UIndy Adobe Creative Cloud account by signing in with Google, Facebook, or Apple.

You may be prompted to login with your UIndy username and password on the UIndy login screen if you are not already logged into Adobe.

  1. Enter your UIndy username in the "Username" field.
  2. Enter your UIndy password in the "Password" field.
  3. Click the Log In button. You are now signed in.

After sign in (employees only)

  1. An Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop window will appear. From here you are able to manage your Adobe apps. By default, Adobe Acrobat DC is already installed on your computer.
  2. You can download additional Adobe apps: click Install beneath the desired app to download.
  3. It will take several minutes for an app to download and be ready for use.

Students

Sign into Adobe Creative Cloud in any UIndy computer lab

  1. On any UIndy lab computer, open the Adobe Creative Cloud  located on your desktop. You will be redirected to a login window.

  1. Enter your UIndy email.
  2. Click Continue.

  1. You will be directed to an Enterprise ID Sign in.
  2. Enter your UIndy usersername.
  3. Enter your UIndy password.
  4. Click Log In.

  1. You will be redirected to the Creative Cloud Desktop, which will signify that you are logged in.

  1. From this point you can launch any Adobe program, of which you have access, as you normally would.
