View personal Gmail and UIndy email accounts
You can easily switch between either your personal Gmail or UIndy email accounts to view your mail. Please see below for specifics.
- Navigate to https://mail.google.com. The last account you were in will appear.
- To switch which email account you are viewing, click on your Google profile picture or icon located in the upper-right corner of the page.
- If you have never added your personal Google account or your UIndy account with your browser, you will need to click Add another account under your Google profile picture or icon.
- Sign in with your desired personal Google account or UIndy account email and password.
- Click on your Google profile picture or icon located in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Click on desired account.
A new window or tab will open displaying your other email account. Now you can work within either account in separate windows or tabs.
These directions apply to other Google Workspace apps, too. For example, if you are in Drive and need to switch your UIndy and personal Drive contents, follow the instructions above from within Drive.
